Driving distance to the beautiful warm, blue ocean of Aruba and ready to dive in and snorkel with friends.

This huge house is perfect for large groups because of the 6 bedrooms (any bedroom not in use will be locked out which will save you on any electric and extra water and cleaning fees) and 5 and ½ baths. There are four master bedrooms with their own baths. And two bedrooms share one bath (upstairs). This Villa is completely remodeled with tile throughout. The open and inviting floor plan flows out into the amazing and wonderfully landscaped backyard with a large tiki bar and pool and of course a gas bar –b –que grill. Also a two burner stove outside to fix breakfast outside among the quiet and only hearing the birds and feeling the wind. Plenty of chaise lounges to relax beside the pool or just for sunning. The sun comes out early in the morning until dust. You can have sun all day at the pool. The shade comes over the tiki bar and part of the pool at dusk. Just perfect to end the evening. Enjoy the hot tub in to the evenings and in to night. There is also a game room with poker table and two video gaming chairs to play your favorite games on a 50 inch screen TV.

Enjoy the large 55 inch tv flat screen in the den for movies. High Speed internet is available, and wireless access is available throughout the property.

The kitchen includes a stainless steel six gas burner stove/oven. Refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a toaster, blender, coffee maker as well.

All bedrooms have their own 32 inch flat screen tv’s . and all bedrooms have their own air conditioning . as well as the whole house.

Palm beach and Eagle beach is less than 3 minutes away. You could actually walk there . the newest super market is walkable too. (Super Foods) everything you need is all around you.

This is what makes Sandcastle the place to be. Location! Location! Location! You won’t just come one time. I Promise.

The three bedrooms are described as follows:

The two bedrooms on ground floor is the Parrot Room and Fish Room. The Parrot room is done up in Green and White with its own bathroom. Comes off Family room.

The fish room is located outside of the big home at the end of garage. It also has its own bathroom. This is the smallest room of all rooms.

The Monkey room located upstairs will be the third bedroom. Has its own bath and also a balcony off of it with monkey swings to enjoy the breeze out front.

If you should choose a 4th bedroom, it will be the Lizard room with its own bath.

The 5th room would be the Cactus Room , bathroom in hall, The 6th and last would be the seashell room that also shares the bathroom off hall upstairs. However the Seashell room does have a terrace outside with a settee to have some wine and cheese outside your door. Also in the corner outside of the terrace is an elliptical to exercise if you wish while you read a book.
