THE LOCATION
Casa Galpy is located in Noord. Closely situated to various supermarkets and restaurants. Situated in a quiet and cozy neighborhood. The airport is on a fifteen minutes drive.
FOUR BEDROOMS
- one master bedroom with a Californian king size bed
- two bedrooms with a queen size bed
- one bedroom with two single beds
All beds are boxsprings and offer you a good night rest. All bedrooms have their own air conditioning.
THREE BATHROOMS
The master bedroom and one of the two bedrooms equipped with a queen size bed have a bathroom en suite. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom.
All bathrooms have hot water.
VILLA WITH A POOL
In the backyard you will find a large private swimming pool.
A small fence protects small children from falling in the pool.
FULLY EQUIPPED GYM
On the first floor you will find a fully equipped gym. Complete with home trainer, treadmill and kettle bells. Even during your holiday at Casa Galpy you remain fit and do your daily work-out routine.
PRICES
Low-Season: 15th August 2019 – 14th December 2019: USD 220,- / EUR 195,- per night, minimum of 3 nights
Mid-Season: 16th March 2019 – 15th August 2019: USD 245,- / EUR 215,- per night, minimum of 3 nights
High-Season: 15th December 2019 – 15th March 2019: USD 275,- / EUR 245,- per night, minimum of 3 nights
Holiday weeks (Christmas/New year): 24th December 2019 – 7th January 2020: USD 420,- /EUR 370,-per night, minimum of 7 nights
Cleaning: end cleaning fee of USD 100,- / EUR 90,- will be charged.
All rates include:
– Tax of 9.5%.
– Environmental Levy Tax.
– One mid-term cleaning after 7 days.
– Utility allowance for water and electricity up to USD 115,- / EUR 100,- a week is included in the rental fee. Any exceedance will be charged based on usage
– Use of bath towels.
– Use of bedding.
A deposit of 50% of the amount should be paid on the day of confirmation. The remaining amount should be paid at least 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellation policy: If your reservation is cancelled more than 6 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations 2-6 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be non-refundable. For cancellations received two weeks or less prior to the scheduled arrival date (or no shows), the complete payment will be non-refundable.

A refundable security deposit in the amount of USD 500,- / EUR 450,- is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
